The two years that decide a lot

Most kids who quit church quit somewhere around here, and nobody notices until they are in high school.

Our 4th and 5th Grade program focuses on helping preteens deepen their understanding of Jesus. We give them the freedom to ask hard questions and our leaders talk to them like people, not little kids.

What a Sunday looks like

Three things that make 4th and 5th different from the room they just left.

They get their own room

Not the little kids’ room with older chairs. A space that treats 4th and 5th graders like the oldest kids in the building, because they are.

Thet get a program designed for them

High energy games. Teaching them how the Bible applies to real life. And opportunities to build friendships and relationships.

They get to ask real questions

This is the age where the questions get sharp — is any of this true, why does God let bad things happen? We would rather they ask here than decide on their own that nobody had an answer.

Then what?

4th and 5th Grade hands off to SIX78.

At the end of 5th grade a kid moves up to SIX78, middle school, on Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights. Background-checked teams, secure check-in, and campus-wide Safety Teams work exactly as they do across Kids District.

Give it a try

Your 4th and 5th graders will drag you back to church each week.
