About this group
Welcome to Homeschooling Outside! As a homeschooling mom of three (ages 7, 6, and 4) I was very inspired by Ginny Yurich’s 1,000 Hours Outside. My goal was to create a group for District homeschool families to meet bi weekly at a local park to connect with each other, pray for one another, and allow our kids to play in the fresh air! There is no required reading or planned projects, I just want to create a space to breathe and connect as a community of Christ followers! Whether you’ve been homeschooling for years or are just interested in homeschooling your toddler in the future we would love to have you join!
