Youth Collective

We are the student ministry of District Church. We connect with students from 7th to 12th grade in El Dorado County, Sacramento, and surrounding areas.

Our heart for our students in this ministry comes out of Ephesians 4:15-16:

“Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of him who is the head, that is, Christ. From him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work.”

We desire to see Middle and High School students thriving in an authentic relationship with God and connecting to the local church.

Our goal is to guide and develop students in their spiritual journey as they follow Christ. We accomplish this by helping them Know God, Find Freedom, Discover Purpose, and Make a Difference. As students take these steps, they will grow closer to God, grow in relationships, and learn how to serve and lead in the church. We believe that students who are connected to a life-giving church and healthy relationships can follow Jesus for a lifetime, and they will use their gifts and passions to make an impact on earth.

Our students can connect to the YTH.CO community at our monthly worship services called The Pull Up, and weekly Family Groups.

The Pull Up gives new students the opportunity to get connected with other students, leaders, and Pastor Justin. The Pull Up will take place on a Sunday evening every month and will include worship, a message, some food and fun!

Upcoming dates for The Pull Up:

January 17th

February 14th

March 14th

We also want to get students plugged into a Family Group where they will be in community with other students, and are led effectively by our trusted YTH.CO leaders. Small groups are organized into different schedules for each grade throughout the week, to work with your students and their schedules. To get more information about Family Groups, please submit your student’s contact information HERE.

Parents, thank you for checking out the Youth Collective student ministry. Our team wants to serve your family by mentoring, leading, and helping your student take important next steps toward Jesus as they walk through their time in Middle School and High School. If you have any questions, please contact Pastor Justin.
